Last updated 1 October 2026. Full legal wording follows before launch.
Bookings collect a name, an email address and anything you choose to tell me about injuries or pregnancy so classes can be taught safely. Health information you share is used for that purpose alone and is never passed to a venue or partner.
The mailing list stores your email address until you unsubscribe, which you can do from any email. Payments are handled by a third-party processor — card details never reach LIV.
Data controller details, retention periods and the full list of processors are to be confirmed before launch.
A place is confirmed when payment clears. Class packs are non-transferable; the cancellation window is 24 hours.
Pop-ups depend on the host venue. If a date is cancelled or moved you'll be offered a transfer or a refund. Outdoor classes may be called off for weather.
You take part at your own risk and are responsible for telling me about anything that affects your ability to exercise. Pilates is exercise and is not medical treatment.
Essential cookies keep your booking in progress and remember that you've closed the offer bar. Analytics cookies, if used, will be optional and off until you accept.
Full cookie list and consent mechanism to be confirmed with the booking provider.
Cancel up to 24 hours before a class or pop-up for a full refund to the way you paid, or your credit back onto your pack. Inside 24 hours there's no refund and your place is offered to the waitlist. If LIV cancels, you're refunded in full, automatically. Doors close five minutes after the start; after the warm-up begins we can't let you in. Classes are for ages 16 and over; under-16s are welcome free at beach events with an adult. You'll be asked to complete a short health declaration before your first class, renewed yearly.
Monthly: cancel any time; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Annual: 14 days to change your mind, then non-refundable. Launch members keep the launch price for as long as they stay.
Valid for 24 months from purchase. Spend them in parts, on anything. Not exchangeable for cash.
